A 1:1 session is great for anyone wanting a Pilates class to be more tailored to your personal needs, this could be anything ranging from an injury that you are wanting help rehabilitating, to a lack of confidence coming to a group class. Whatever the reason, a 1:1 session can help you gain the benefits of Pilates as well as achieve goals specific to you.
How a 1:1 session works
We’ll start together with a warmup; I’ll then take you through a Pilates class of your preferred length of time, with exercises tailored to you that focus on your overall goals and anything specific you are wanting to work on that day. At the end of your session, if you wish, I can give you a few exercises for you to practice in your own time to assist with your progress.

If you are booking your first 1:1 session with me please note this will include a free 15 minute consultation added onto your chosen time. In this 15 minutes I will be looking to learn a little bit more about you and what you are looking to gain from 1 on 1 Pilates.
